Questions I might ask (out loud or in my head)!

Why is it membership only?

I have a specially designed studio for the purpose of wellbeing to teach small sessions, that act as therapy for the body and the mind. Unlike gyms, who have hundreds, if not thousands of members, I have a very small member base so that I can individually guide and support each one of you.

The saying goes, "When you're interested you'll do what's convenient, when you're committed you'll do what's necessary". If you're committed financially then you're more likely to turn up and help yourself. You're investing in yourself.

Why can't I drop in for a class as and when?

Same answer and also, spaces are guaranteed to members in their chosen times/days and with ONLY 10 spaces per class it's simply not feasible or fair on members to allow pay as you go drop ins. Plus, you won't get the benefit if you're not able to commit to your sessions most weeks, and that doesn't work for you or for me.

If I miss a class can you adjust my direct debit?

Your chosen level of membership is what you will pay each month. If you miss a class you're more than welcome to use your bonus space on another class that week or another week as long as it's booked in advance, but the direct debit stays the same.

Why is this more expensive than £5 a class, why would I pay this much?

If you want to make a change then you get what you pay for, it's as simple as that. Again, unlike a gym, I don't have hundreds of members. I have a small member base and each and every one of you gets the benefit of individual guidance through what is essentially therapy. So don't think of it as a group exercise class, think of it as a therapy session. For the mind and the body. I only work with small groups of no more than 10, and offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment for you to thrive in. So if you work it out down to your one guaranteed class a week you might think it's expensive, but you also get my yoga online membership as well as another bonus class each week and you get to be part of something that is geared towards helping you improve your life as it's main priority. You're investing in yourself.

But I want to do something different each week and don't have time to commit to a yoga class most weeks?

Then this probably isn't right for you at this time, it doesn't mean it won't be right in the future. Think about what your priorities are. If your priority is time for yourself and feeling better and coping better then this IS for you.
